Join us for this hour-long webinar to learn about the important role you can play in helping to achieve the government’s ambitious goal of eradicating possums, stoats and rats by 2050.

• What is Predator Free 2050 - the current status, and what it is aiming to achieve?
• How can facilities managers play a leadership role? 
• Pest control contracts and what facilities managers need to be aware of (poisons etc).
• Resource Management Reform, the Natural and Built Environment Act (NBE), and the link with the Biodiversity Strategy (aka Predator Free 2050).

Ranger - Community/ESI Predator Free at the Department of Conservation


Tim is a professionally qualified facilities manager who has worked in healthcare, hospitality and education within the FM industry in the UK and NZ. 
 
In the UK he managed a large teaching hospital estate, and a national hospitality property portfolio and was involved in PPP projects for healthcare. Tim returned to NZ in 2002 working for various companies such as CityCare, Serco, Canterbury DHB, DOC Property, and St John of God Healthcare. 
  
Tim moved to Geraldine in 2013 to build his eco house and joined DOC in 2017. He is currently the Regional Predator Free Ranger for the Eastern South Island leading the charge on this government initiative.
