Event Description

FM in Design
A  working lunch session, hosted by Robert Walters and presented by Alex Hampshire from WT Partnership.

FM in Design is becoming a key part of the design process, to improve functionality, reduce whole of life cost, and assist with meeting sustainability requirements. Come along to a working lunch session hosted by Robert Walters and presented by Alex Hampshire from WT, and find out more about the building handover process, how we best plan for operations, and how using BIM and data can play an important role.

Speaker

Alex Hampshire, Director Advisory at WT
Having worked for over a decade in New Zealand in several roles including central government, facilities and asset management, and more recently professional advisory, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to the building handover process including how we best plan for operations using BIM and data to assist. Alex is currently leading several FM in Design consultations for a number of organisations and believes that to achieve better results in the construction industry, we need to concentrate on aligning the construction industry, property management, and FM.

We look forward to seeing you there.
