Zared Coburn, Acting Work Group Manager – Property and Projects at WSP

Zared is an enthusiastic and positive professional with a passion for Building Compliance. With over 18 years’ experience in the industry as an engineer and manager, he has worked on multiple projects in the air conditioning, refrigeration and building compliance space. 

Zared worked in the United Kingdom for over four years during which time he expanded his skills into the design, management and compliance side working at companies like Daikin, Panasonic and University College of London. 

On his return to New Zealand, Zared was asked to return to the company he had been working at before heading overseas, to take on the role of General Manager/Operation Manager. After gaining further qualifications, he joined WSP, Auckland as a Building Compliance Consultant / Project Coordinator. Zared has just taken on the role as Acting Work Group Manager for Property and Projects at WSP.
